Under the ‘Policy for avoiding, identifying and managing the conflicts of interest‘, Crowdpear confirms, that the shareholders of the Crowdpear company, managers, employees, and other related individuals may invest in the projects on the Crowdpear platform with the same conditions as other platform’s clients, without the possibility to obtain additional bonuses, financial benefits, or access to information that is not publicly available.

Yes, the registration process is the same as for private investors (note to choose the ‘Company’ option in the first step of the registration step), except that you will be asked to provide the company registration number and yours, as the company’s representative, details.

After you finish the registration, please send us the following documents (the documents should not be older than 3 months old) to [email protected] to successfully pass the company verification:

• Extract from the business register
• Document certifying the rights to represent the company (if it’s not stated in the business register)
• Documents that can verify the company’s registration number, legal address, and beneficial owners (if it’s not stated in the business register)

You may start investing once you have successfully passed the verification process, provided information about your tax residency, completed the Investor’s questionnaire, assessed your ability to bear loss, and deposited funds to your account. Log in to your account, go to the ‘Invest’ -> ‘Primary market’ or ‘Secondary market’ section on your profile, and start investing and growing your income.

It is important to note that you cannot make investments until you have successfully assessed the ability to bear loss using the calculator available in your account.

The minimum investment amount on the Crowdpear platform is 100 Eur.

There are no limits on the number of deposits, investments, or portfolio size.

The minimum investment amount per one loan is 100 Eur, the minimum withdrawal amount is 1 Eur, and the minimum deposit amount is 0.01 Eur. No fees are applied for deposits and withdrawals (your bank/payment provider may use additional fees).
