Today, EU-level regulated crowdfunding platform Crowdpear enters its second year of operations. The platform started offering investing in property-backed loans on January 3, 2023, and firmly took its position on the market.

The third quarter of this year was very productive for Crowdpear – the platform was granted an ECSP license and demonstrated significant growth compared to the previous quarter - the amount of funded loans on Crowdpear almost doubled.
