In August, Crowdpear investors continued to actively invest in real estate-backed projects, funding €2.09 million in loans during the month. During August, Crowdpear investors received €130,708 in interest payments. To date, the total interest paid to investors since Crowdpear’s launch has exceeded €3.58 million.

Following the €50 million funding milestone reached in June, Crowdpear investors continued actively financing real estate-backed projects in July. During the month, investors funded €1.62 million in real estate-backed loans and received €131,284 in interest payments.

June marked another important milestone for Crowdpear. Since the platform's launch, investors have collectively funded more than €50 million in real estate-backed loans, reflecting the continued growth of the platform and increasing investor confidence.

In May, Crowdpear investors in total funded €1.52 million in real estate-backed loans. By the end of the month, the total volume of loans funded through the platform reached €47.43 million. The total interest paid since the platform’s launch exceeded €3.08 million.
