In August, we repaid 15 real estate-backed loans to investors, a total of over EUR 986 900 plus interest - the highest amount repaid in one month on the Crowdpear platform.

In July, our investors fully funded 11 real estate-backed loans, exceeding EUR 1.06 million, and received EUR 109 332 in interest, which is a record amount of interest paid to our investors in one month.

Last month, our investors fully funded 11 real estate-backed loans, totaling EUR 684 400. In June, we repaid 4 loans, a total of EUR 215 900 in loans to investors, and paid EUR 54 945 in interest.

To ensure even higher protection of our investors' funds, we are starting to apply an additional security measure—each withdrawal request will have to be confirmed by the verification code sent to the investor's email.
