In May, we reached a significant milestone: the total amount of loans funded on the Crowdpear platform crossed EUR 10 million.
Last month, our investors fully funded 12 real estate-backed loans, totaling EUR 644 900. In May, we repaid a total of EUR 503 300 in loans to investors and paid EUR 47 264 in interest.
Since the beginning of Crowdpear’s operation, investors have funded 134 loans worth over EUR 10 million and received EUR 351 256 in interest. 37 loans, totaling EUR 2.08 million, have already been repaid to our investors.
The average loan amount on Crowdpear is EUR 74 725; the average LTV on the platform is 60.33%.
Currently, Crowdpear has three late loans. One project, with a total loan amount of EUR 353 900, is in the recovery process. We want to remind you that investors are paid +5% additional annual interest for each day of the delay.
