The third quarter of this year was very productive for Crowdpear – the platform was granted an ECSP license and demonstrated significant growth compared to the previous quarter.
In Q3, EUR 1.33 million of loans have been fully funded on the Crowdpear platform, i.e., 72% or almost twice more compared to Q2.
EUR 22 846 of interest was paid to Crowdpear investors in Q3. All borrowers fulfilled their obligations to investors on time, under schedules.
At the end of September, Crowdpear’s portfolio amounted to EUR 2.4 million.
51 projects in Lithuania’s largest cities and regions have already been funded on the platform this year.
The average LTV of projects offered on the Crowdpear platform is 57.31%.
The average annual ROI on Crowdpear was 11.15% at the end of September.
Currently, Crowdpear has 3 564 investors, 30% of which actively invest on our platform.
