Yes, you can. The first upgrade to a loyalty category happens within 1-2 days after the 90 days period ends (to become a loyal investor, you have to be a Crowdpear customer for at least 90 days and have more than 10 000 Eur in your portfolio).

Later, calculations happen on the last days of each month, and the updates appear on the first days of each new month.

You can check your loyalty status in two ways when using the desktop version:

• Navigate to “Settings” -> scroll down to “Reward programs” -> “Loyalty program” -> “Your Loyalty status”

• Navigate to “Overview” -> Top right corner of your screen

Either your 90 days period as a Crowdpear client has not passed yet, or you have added funds after the calculations already happened. Let us remind you that calculations happen on the very last days of each month, and the updates appear on the very first days of each new month.

The active investment portfolio is your investments and your current balance summed. For example, if you have 9 000 Eur invested and 1 500 Eur available, your active investment portfolio would account for 10 500 Eur.

When calculations for a possible upgrade to a loyalty category would happen, you would be included in the Silver loyalty category. An additional interest bonus of +0.5% would automatically be applied to all your new investments.

Once you become a loyal investor, an additional bonus of +0.5%, 0.75%, or 1% (depending on the loyalty category), will be automatically applied to all your new investments. Please note that the bonus does not apply to previously completed investments.

To check if the bonus was applied, go to ‘My investments’, choose a specific investment and check its interest rate, then open project details, where the base interest rate will be shown, and compare if an additional bonus, depending on your loyalty category, was applied.

Kindly note that the welcome bonus and bonuses granted under the loyalty category are separate and do not accumulate.

All newly joined investors can receive the Welcome bonus. To have the additional interest rate applied to your investments, you have to:

• Create your Crowdpear account.
• Verify your identity.
• Provide information about your tax residency.
• Fill out the ‘Investor Questionnaire’, deposit and invest at least 100 Eur within 30 days after the registration.
• Enjoy an extra +1% interest rate for all investments completed during the first 90 days after registration.

Kindly note that the welcome bonus and bonuses granted under the loyalty category are separate and do not accumulate.

Go to ‘My investments’, choose a specific investment and check its interest rate, then open project details, where the base interest rate will be shown and compare if an additional Welcome bonus of +1% has been applied.
