In May, Crowdpear investors funded 14 real estate-backed loans totaling EUR 1.8 million, i.e. 12% more than in April. The total amount of loans funded by Crowdpear reached EUR 26.6 million.
Last month, Crowdpear investors were paid EUR 85 810 in interest, exceeding EUR 1.43 million in total interest payments since the platform’s launch.
In May, Crowdpear business clients repaid 6 real estate-backed loans to our investors, totaling EUR 1.5 million (excluding interest).
Since Crowdpear’s inception, investors have already funded 300 loans worth EUR 26.98 million. More than half of the funded loans, i.e., 177 loans worth over EUR 15.15 million, have already been repaid to our investors.
At the end of May, the average loan amount funded on Crowdpear was over EUR 89 000, and the average LTV on the platform was 59.5%.
Four projects, with a total loan amount of EUR 705 246, are in the recovery process. We want to remind you that +5% additional annual interest is accumulated for investors for each day of the interest payment or loan repayment delay if the project developer is not in the insolvency process.
