June 2026 | Crowdpear surpasses €50 million in funded loans

June marked another important milestone for Crowdpear. Since the platform’s launch, investors have collectively funded more than €50 million in real estate-backed loans, reflecting the continued growth of the platform and increasing investor confidence.

During June alone, Crowdpear investors funded €2.63 million in real estate-backed loans.

According to Arūnas Lekavičius, one of Crowdpear’s shareholders and the executive responsible for the platform’s business development, surpassing the €50 million milestone demonstrates both growing investor trust and the increasing popularity of regulated real estate crowdfunding in Europe.

“Surpassing €50 million in funded loans represents much more than a statistical milestone for us. It reflects the trust our investors place in Crowdpear and confirms that regulated real estate crowdfunding is becoming an increasingly attractive alternative investment across Europe. We have achieved this milestone by consistently applying conservative project selection and prudent risk management principles,” says Arūnas Lekavičius.

Strong returns for investors

During June, Crowdpear investors received €265,356 in interest payments, bringing the total interest paid since the platform’s launch to more than €3.28 million.

In June, €1.02 million in principal (excluding interest) was repaid to investors. To date, 326 loans with a combined principal value of €29.36 million have been successfully repaid.

The Crowdpear community continues to grow, now including nearly 11,000 verified investors from different countries.

Progress in loan recoveries

Currently, three projects with a total outstanding value of €605,990 are in the recovery process.

In accordance with Crowdpear’s Terms and Conditions, investors accrue an additional 5% annual default interest for each day of delayed interest or principal repayment, provided the project developer is not subject to insolvency proceedings.
