In June, Crowdpear investors funded 17 real estate-backed loans totaling EUR 1.42 million. The total amount of loans funded by Crowdpear exceeded EUR 28 million.
Last month, Crowdpear investors were paid EUR 188 690 in interest, exceeding EUR 1.62 million in total interest payments since the platform’s launch.
In June, Crowdpear business clients repaid 9 real estate-backed loans to our investors, totaling EUR 1.09 million (excluding interest).
Since Crowdpear’s inception, investors have already funded 319 loans worth EUR 28.73 million. More than half of the funded loans, i.e., 183 loans worth over EUR 16.14 million, have already been repaid to our investors.
At the end of June, the average loan amount funded on Crowdpear was over EUR 90 064, and the average LTV on the platform was 59.4%.
Four projects, with a total loan amount of EUR 705 246, are in the recovery process. We want to remind you that +5% additional annual interest is accumulated for investors for each day of the interest payment or loan repayment delay if the project developer is not in the insolvency process.
