In February, Crowdpear investors in total funded €2.18 million in real estate-backed loans and received €132 949 in interest, bringing the total interest paid since the platform’s launch to €2.51 million. To date, a total of €42.53 million in loans has been funded on the platform, and €2.65 million in total interest has been paid out to investors.

In November, Crowdpear investors funded 17 real estate–backed loans with a total value of €1.68 million. By the end of the month, the total volume of loans funded through the platform reached €37.2 million. Crowdpear investors received €54 600 in interest payments during the month, bringing the total interest paid since the platform’s launch to more than €2.1 million.

Since 10 November 2021, the crowdfunding regulation lays down uniform rules across the EU for the provision of investment-based and lending-based crowdfunding services related to business financing.
