August 2024 | EUR 986 900 in loans have been repaid to Crowdpear investors

In August, we repaid 15 real estate-backed loans to investors, a total of over EUR 986 900 plus interest – the highest amount repaid in one month on the Crowdpear platform.

Last month, our investors fully funded 17 real estate-backed loans, exceeding EUR 1.16 million, and received EUR 35 638 in interest.

Since the beginning of Crowdpear’s operation, our investors have funded 173 loans worth EUR 12.93 million and received over EUR 0.55 million in interest. 67 loans exceeding EUR 3.7 million have already been repaid to our investors.

At the end of August, the average loan amount funded on Crowdpear was EUR 74 745, and the average LTV on the platform was 59.88%.

Currently, Crowdpear has nine late loans. Two projects, with a total loan amount of EUR 452 600, are in the recovery process. We want to remind you that +5% additional annual interest is accumulated for investors for each day of the interest payment or loan repayment delay if the project developer is not in the insolvency process.
