September marked a record month for Crowdpear, with investors funding more than €4.52 million in loans – the highest monthly funded amount in the platform’s history.
The strong investment activity brought the total amount funded through Crowdpear to more than €58.3 million, reflecting the platform’s continued growth and strong investor activity.
Investor earnings also continued to grow. During September, Crowdpear investors received €190,393 in interest payments, bringing total investor profit since launch to more than €3.73 million. The historical average return on investment is 10.58%.
Loan repayments also remained active during the month. In September, more than €1.42 million in principal, excluding interest, was repaid to Crowdpear investors.
The Crowdpear community continued to grow in September. At the end of the month, Crowdpear had 11,680 users, with the platform providing access to real estate-backed loan investment opportunities.

September’s results represent another important milestone for Crowdpear. The record monthly funding volume, together with ongoing interest payments and loan repayments, reflects strong investor activity and the continued development of the platform.
Update on loan recoveries
As of 30 September, loans with a total outstanding value of €2.29 million were in the recovery process.
In accordance with Crowdpear’s Terms and Conditions, investors accrue an additional 5% annual interest during delays in interest or principal repayments, provided that the project developer is not subject to insolvency proceedings.
