September 2024 | In Q3, Crowdpear funded 74% higher amount of loans than in Q2

In September, we closed the third quarter of this year, during which EUR 3.4 million in loans were funded on the platform, i.e., 74% more than in the second quarter. Last month, our investors fully funded 13 real estate-backed loans, exceeding EUR 1.17 million, and received EUR 91 812 in interest.

We repaid 10 real estate-backed loans to investors last month, a total of EUR 655 508 plus interest.

Since the beginning of Crowdpear’s operation, our investors have funded 189 loans worth EUR 14.32 million and received over EUR 0.64 million in interest. 78 loans exceeding EUR 4.46 million have already been repaid to our investors.

At the end of September, the average loan amount funded on Crowdpear was EUR 75 789, and the average LTV on the platform was 59.05%.

Currently, Crowdpear has ten late loans. Three projects, with a total loan amount of EUR 632 600, are in the recovery process. We want to remind you that +5% additional annual interest is accumulated for investors for each day of the interest payment or loan repayment delay if the project developer is not in the insolvency process.
