October 2024 | The total amount of funded loans exceeded EUR 15 million

At the end of the previous month, the total amount of loans funded by Crowdpear investors exceeded EUR 15 million.

In October, our investors fully funded 14 real estate-backed loans worth over EUR 1 million and received EUR 81 263 in interest.

Crowdpear business clients repaid 10 real estate-backed loans to investors last month, a total of EUR 995 376 plus interest.

Since the beginning of Crowdpear’s operation, our investors have funded 201 loans worth EUR 15.2 million and received over EUR 736 478 in interest. 89 loans exceeding EUR 5.54 million have already been repaid to our investors.

At the end of October, the average loan amount funded on Crowdpear was EUR 75 661, and the average LTV on the platform was 59.45%.

Currently, Crowdpear has ten late loans. Three projects, with a total loan amount of EUR 632 600, are in the recovery process. We want to remind you that +5% additional annual interest is accumulated for investors for each day of the interest payment or loan repayment delay if the project developer is not in the insolvency process.
