In March, Crowdpear investors funded 11 real estate-backed loans totaling over EUR 1.15 million. The total amount of loans funded by Crowdpear exceeded EUR 23 million.
Last month, Crowdpear investors were paid EUR 72 219 in interest, exceeding EUR 1.26 million in total interest payments since the platform’s launch.
In March, Crowdpear business clients repaid 8 real estate-backed loans to our investors, totaling EUR 578 122 (excluding interest).
Since Crowdpear’s inception, investors have funded 260 loans worth over EUR 23.2 million. More than half of the funded loans, i.e., 159 loans worth over EUR 12.59 million, have already been repaid to our investors.
In March, Crowdpear started offering investments in real estate-backed loans in Romania to provide investors with greater investment diversification.
At the end of March, the average loan amount funded on Crowdpear was EUR 89 236, and the average LTV on the platform was 59.2%.
Five projects, with a total loan amount of EUR 885 800, are in the recovery process. One of them has already been recovered, with the expected loan repayment date to investors before the end of April. We want to remind you that +5% additional annual interest is accumulated for investors for each day of the interest payment or loan repayment delay if the project developer is not in the insolvency process.
