In January, our investors fully funded 13 real estate-backed loans, exceeding EUR 1.15 million, and received EUR 168 071 in interest. Last month, the total interest paid to Crowdpear investors exceeded EUR 1 million.
Last month, Crowdpear business clients repaid 25 real estate-backed loans to our investors, totaling EUR 2.59 million (excluding interest).
Since the beginning of Crowdpear’s operation, our investors have already funded 241 loans worth over EUR 19 million and received over EUR 1.14 million in interest. 143 loans totaling EUR 11.59 million have already been repaid to our investors.
At the end of January, the average loan amount funded on Crowdpear was EUR 79 161, and the average LTV on the platform was 58.88%.
Five projects, with a total loan amount of EUR 802 500, are in the recovery process. One of them is expected to be recovered in March, with the loan repayment date to investors before the end of April. We want to remind you that +5% additional annual interest is accumulated for investors for each day of the interest payment or loan repayment delay if the project developer is not in the insolvency process.
