In February, Crowdpear investors funded 14 real estate-backed loans, totaling over EUR 3.43 million—the highest amount of investments ever attracted on the platform in a single month. The total amount of loans funded by Crowdpear in February exceeded EUR 22 million.
In February, Crowdpear investors were paid EUR 64 743 in interest, exceeding EUR 1.18 million in total interest payments since the platform’s launch.
In February, Crowdpear business clients repaid 11 real estate-backed loans to our investors, totaling EUR 869 100 (excluding interest).
Since Crowdpear’s inception, investors have funded 250 loans worth over EUR 22.15 million. More than half of the funded loans, i.e., 151 loans worth over EUR 21.01 million, have already been repaid to our investors.
At the end of February, the average loan amount funded on Crowdpear was EUR 88 602, and the average LTV on the platform was 58.96%.
Five projects, with a total loan amount of EUR 885 800, are in the recovery process. One of them is expected to be recovered this month, with the loan repayment date to investors before the end of April. We want to remind you that +5% additional annual interest is accumulated for investors for each day of the interest payment or loan repayment delay if the project developer is not in the insolvency process.
