Crowdpear is the first crowdfunding platform in Europe to offer its investors a counteroffer solution on the secondary market, which opens the possibility for investors to negotiate the price of investments sold on the secondary market.
A counteroffer is an interactive solution that allows investors to offer their price for an investment sold in the secondary market. The seller of the investment can accept or reject the received counteroffer if the offer does not meet the seller’s expectations. The counteroffer will be canceled automatically if insufficient funds are in the investment buyer’s account to purchase the investment or if the seller has accepted another offer. When a sale of an investment is completed, all other counteroffers received are automatically voided.
All received counteroffers will be available in the investor account under “Secondary Market” -> “Counteroffers”.
Please find detailed information in the Help section on how to sell or buy investments on Crowdpear Secondary market.
