The Lithuanian-based crowdfunding platform Crowdpear has refinanced a EUR 1.5 million loan intended to support a floating hotel business. The funding for this unique project was raised by 168 investors on the platform.

In August, Crowdpear investors funded 15 real estate-backed loans totaling over EUR 1.3 million. The total amount of loans funded by Crowdpear exceeded EUR 30.79 million at the end of the month. Last month, Crowdpear investors were paid EUR 38 704 in interest, exceeding EUR 1.76 million in total interest payments since the platform's launch.

In July, Crowdpear investors funded 20 real estate-backed loans totaling EUR 1.41 million. The total amount of loans funded by Crowdpear exceeded EUR 29.48 million. Last month, Crowdpear investors were paid EUR 109 336 in interest, exceeding EUR 1.73 million in total interest payments since the platform's launch.

In June, Crowdpear investors funded 17 real estate-backed loans totaling EUR 1.42 million. The total amount of loans funded by Crowdpear exceeded EUR 28.07 million. Last month, Crowdpear investors were paid EUR 188 690 in interest, exceeding EUR 1.62 million in total interest payments since the platform’s launch.
