On March 11, Lithuania celebrates a Day of Restoration of Independence of Lithuania. In February, Crowdpear investors funded 14 real estate-backed loans, totaling over EUR 3.43 million—the highest amount of investments ever attracted on the platform in a single month. The total amount of loans funded by Crowdpear in February exceeded EUR 22 million.

Since its launch, Crowdpear has already funded more than EUR 21 million in loans, and investors who invested in loans on the platform have already received over EUR 1 million in interest. Crowdpear is entering the Romanian market to expand its volume of activities and offer investors a greater variety of investment opportunities.
