In August, Crowdpear investors funded 15 real estate-backed loans totaling over EUR 1.3 million. The total amount of loans funded by Crowdpear exceeded EUR 30.79 million at the end of the month.
Last month, Crowdpear investors were paid EUR 38 704 in interest, exceeding EUR 1.76 million in total interest payments since the platform’s launch.
In August, Crowdpear business clients repaid 17 real estate-backed loans to our investors, worth over EUR 1.86 million (excluding interest).
Since Crowdpear’s inception, investors have already funded 351 loan worth EUR 31.65 million. More than half of the funded loans, i.e., 205 loans worth over EUR 19.31 million, have already been repaid to our investors.
At the end of August, the average loan amount funded on Crowdpear was over EUR 90 000, and the average LTV on the platform was 59.52%.
Currently, three projects, with a total loan amount of EUR 496 643, are in the recovery process. One loan was successfully recovered, and this month investors have received EUR 258 631 from the loan after full recovery, including EUR 208 600 in principal and EUR 50 031 in interest. The project generated an average annual return of 16.12%, supported by a +5% annual additional interest for late repayment. We want to remind you that +5% additional annual interest is accumulated for investors for each day of the interest payment or loan repayment delay if the project developer is not in the insolvency process.
