Crowdpear has entered its fourth year of operations with strong performance results. In 2025, the platform funded EUR 21.2 million in real estate-backed loans, representing 60% growth compared to the previous year. Crowdpear investors received more than EUR 1.39 million in interest, an increase of 63% compared to 2024.

October 2025 marked another strong month for Crowdpear, as the platform achieved two major milestones: €35 million in total funded loans and €2 million in total interest paid to investors.

In September 2025, investors on the Crowdpear platform funded 16 real estate-backed loans with a total value of €3.07 million. This brings the total loan volume funded through Crowdpear to €33.87 million as of the end of the month.

In August, Crowdpear investors funded 15 real estate-backed loans totaling over EUR 1.3 million. The total amount of loans funded by Crowdpear exceeded EUR 30.79 million at the end of the month. Last month, Crowdpear investors were paid EUR 38 704 in interest, exceeding EUR 1.76 million in total interest payments since the platform's launch.
