In August, we repaid 15 real estate-backed loans to investors, a total of over EUR 986 900 plus interest - the highest amount repaid in one month on the Crowdpear platform.

August 15 is a public holiday in Lithuania. The platform will operate as usual; however, the availability of banking services on August 15 may be limited, and money transfers may take longer than usual.

In July, our investors fully funded 11 real estate-backed loans, exceeding EUR 1.06 million, and received EUR 109 332 in interest, which is a record amount of interest paid to our investors in one month.

Last month, our investors fully funded 11 real estate-backed loans, totaling EUR 684 400. In June, we repaid 4 loans, a total of EUR 215 900 in loans to investors, and paid EUR 54 945 in interest.
