In March, Crowdpear investors funded 11 real estate-backed loans totaling over EUR 1.15 million. The total amount of loans funded by Crowdpear exceeded EUR 23 million. Last month, Crowdpear investors were paid EUR 72 219 in interest, exceeding EUR 1.26 million in total interest payments since the platform's launch.

In February, Crowdpear investors funded 14 real estate-backed loans, totaling over EUR 3.43 million—the highest amount of investments ever attracted on the platform in a single month. The total amount of loans funded by Crowdpear in February exceeded EUR 22 million.

Since its launch, Crowdpear has already funded more than EUR 21 million in loans, and investors who invested in loans on the platform have already received over EUR 1 million in interest. Crowdpear is entering the Romanian market to expand its volume of activities and offer investors a greater variety of investment opportunities.

In January, our investors funded 13 real estate-backed loans, exceeding EUR 1.15 million, and received EUR 168 071 in interest. Last month, the total interest paid to Crowdpear investors exceeded EUR 1 million.
