The brand-new Crowdpear app is available on the Google Play and the App Store. The app offers our investors a quick and convenient way to invest in property-backed loans in the primary market and track investments.

In November, Crowdpear business clients repaid 19 real estate-backed loans to our investors, a total of over EUR 1.05 million (excluding interest)—the highest amount repaid in one month on the Crowdpear platform.

At the end of the previous month, the total amount of loans funded by Crowdpear investors exceeded EUR 15 million. In October, our investors fully funded 14 real estate-backed loans, worth over EUR 1 million, and received EUR 81 263 in interest.

In Q3 of this year, EUR 3.4 million in loans were funded on Crowdpear, i.e., 74% more than in the second quarter. Last month, our investors fully funded 13 real estate-backed loans, exceeding EUR 1.17 million, and received EUR 91 812 in interest.
