Crowdpear has entered its fourth year of operations with strong performance results. In 2025, the platform funded EUR 21.2 million in real estate-backed loans, representing 60% growth compared to the previous year. Loan funding in 2025 was also 21% higher than the combined total of the two preceding years, highlighting sustained growth momentum.
During the year, Crowdpear investors received more than EUR 1.39 million in interest, an increase of 63% compared to 2024.
Since the platform’s inception, Crowdpear investors have funded 419 loans with a total value of EUR 38.66 million and earned over EUR 2.35 million in interest. To date, 238 loans worth EUR 21.82 million have been fully repaid to investors.
At the end of 2025, the average funded loan amount on Crowdpear stood at EUR 92 270, while the average LTV ratio across the platform was 58.64%.
Crowdpear began offering investments in property-backed loans on January 3, 2023. As of today, the platform has 9 669 verified investors.

Strategic business expansion
In 2025, Crowdpear expanded its operations into two additional EU markets – Romania and Portugal. As a result, investors can now diversify their portfolios across three countries, including Lithuania.
In 2026, Crowdpear will continue pursuing its strategic objective of expanding into foreign markets, aiming to offer investors a broader and more diversified range of real estate-backed investment opportunities.
Other achievements and developments
At the beginning of 2025, Crowdpear launched its mobile application, which quickly gained popularity among investors. In addition, the platform introduced a dark mode for desktop users, further enhancing the user experience.
In 2025, Crowdpear also received the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, becoming the first crowdfunding platform in Lithuania to comply with the world’s leading standard for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).
Based on financial and economic data from the Lithuanian business information portal Rekvizitai.lt, Crowdpear was ranked among the TOP Companies 2025 – a distinction awarded to only 6% of the most reliable and financially stable companies in Lithuania.
