In May, we reached a significant milestone: the total amount of loans funded on the Crowdpear platform crossed EUR 10 million. Last month, our investors fully funded 12 real estate-backed loans, totaling EUR 644 900. In May, we repaid a total of EUR 503 300 in loans to investors and paid EUR 47 264 in interest.

Last month, we paid our investors EUR 85 687 in interest, which is the highest amount paid to Crowdpear investors in one month. In April, Crowdpear investors fully funded 7 real estate-backed loans, totaling EUR 0.63 million; 1 loan of EUR 70 000 was repaid to investors last month.
