After triple growth in funded loans last year, Crowdpear started its third year of operations. In 2024, Crowdpear investors funded EUR 13.19 million of property-backed loans—three times more than a year before. Investors received EUR 853 503 in interest last year.

The brand-new Crowdpear app is available on the Google Play and the App Store. The app offers our investors a quick and convenient way to invest in property-backed loans in the primary market and track investments.

In November, Crowdpear business clients repaid 19 real estate-backed loans to our investors, a total of over EUR 1.05 million (excluding interest)—the highest amount repaid in one month on the Crowdpear platform.
