Since its launch, Crowdpear has already funded more than EUR 21 million in loans, and investors who invested in loans on the platform have already received over EUR 1 million in interest. Crowdpear is entering the Romanian market to expand its volume of activities and offer investors a greater variety of investment opportunities.

In January, our investors fully funded 13 real estate-backed loans, exceeding EUR 1.15 million, and received EUR 168 071 in interest. Last month, the total interest paid to Crowdpear investors exceeded EUR 1 million.

After triple growth in funded loans last year, Crowdpear started its third year of operations. In 2024, Crowdpear investors funded EUR 13.19 million of property-backed loans—three times more than a year before. Investors received EUR 853 503 in interest last year.
