Crowdpear has entered its fourth year of operations with strong performance results. In 2025, the platform funded EUR 21.2 million in real estate-backed loans, representing 60% growth compared to the previous year. Crowdpear investors received more than EUR 1.39 million in interest, an increase of 63% compared to 2024.

Crowdpear has officially received the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certificate — becoming the first crowdfunding platform in Lithuania to achieve compliance with the world’s leading standard for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).

Based on data and economic criteria from the Lithuanian business information portal Rekvizitai.lt, Crowdpear has become one of the TOP Companies 2025.
