În 2024, investitorii Crowdpear au finanțat împrumuturi garantate cu active imobiliare în valoare de 13,19 milioane EUR — de trei ori mai mult decât în anul anterior. În același an, investitorii au primit 853 503 EUR în dobânzi.
În decurs de doi ani de activitate, investitorii Crowdpear au finanțat 222 de împrumuturi, în valoare totală de 17,47 milioane EUR, și au primit 955 344 EUR în dobânzi. 115 împrumuturi, în valoare de 8,6 milioane EUR, au fost deja rambursate investitorilor.
At the end of 2024, the average loan amount funded on Crowdpear was EUR 79 233, and the average LTV on the platform was 58.92%.
The platform began offering investing in property-backed loans on January 3, 2023. Currently, Crowdpear has 7 473 verified investors.

Crowdpear targets for 2025
At the beginning of this year, Crowdpear launched its mobile app, which allows investors to quickly and conveniently invest in property-backed loans in the primary market and track investments. This year, our team will focus on further developing the app and adding more functionality.
Last year, we completed the preparatory work to launch operations in a new market and will very soon offer you investment opportunities in another European Union country. We will report more about this in a separate announcement.
As we expand to new countries, we will provide more diverse investment offers and higher loan volumes this year.
