In May, Crowdpear investors funded 14 real estate-backed loans totaling EUR 1.8 million, and received EUR 85 810 in interest. Since Crowdpear's inception, investors have already funded 300 loans worth EUR 26.98 million.

In April, Crowdpear investors funded 18 real estate-backed loans totaling EUR 1.63 million and received EUR 86 388 in interest.

In March, Crowdpear investors funded 11 real estate-backed loans totaling over EUR 1.15 million. The total amount of loans funded by Crowdpear exceeded EUR 23 million. Last month, Crowdpear investors were paid EUR 72 219 in interest, exceeding EUR 1.26 million in total interest payments since the platform's launch.
